| SELF-DRILLING SCREW FASTENERS |
| SELF DRILLING POINT |
 A twist drill style hardened point for drilling through steel up to 6,4 mm thick. The length of the
drilling flutes determine the amount of drilling swart that can be expelled and therefore the depth of metal
that can br drilled. |

| TYPE 17 POINT |
 A self drilling point for fastening in to timber. The hardened point will also drill through thin metals up to 0.75mm
thick that makes this point suitable for fastening roofing sheets to timber battens. The screw threads extend down the point thus the screw
"pulls" itself into the timber which reduces the required drilling pressure and reduces the risk of stripping of threads due to "over running". |
